Lilah Rosenblum

Lilah Rosenblum advises individuals and organizations on immigration and nationality law.  She helps secure visas, work authorization, permanent residence, citizenship, asylum, and other immigration benefits for foreign nationals and employers seeking to sponsor foreign nationals.  She represents clients in filings before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (“USCIS”), the U.S. Department of Labor, and the U.S. Department of State; in adjustment of status and naturalization interviews before USCIS; and in removal proceedings in Immigration Court.

Over the past decade, Lilah has worked to promote the rights of immigrants in the Washington DC area in a range of contexts including public health, education, employment law, and immigration.  She is fluent in Spanish and culturally competent as she has lived, worked, and studied extensively throughout Latin America.  She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, the DC Bar Association, and the Maryland Bar Association.
